the location is very unorthodox for this type o f restaurant, but the food is incredible! my server (Jeff I think) made the experience that much better. would definitely recommend!

I found a restaurant on Lawndale dr. (beside Target) that I never knew about. They serve the best Italian food I've eaten since I lived up North. I've been in Greensboro for 6 years and never heard of it before. They said they've been there for almost eight years. I had the Alla Positano (I think it's called), fantastic! You guys need to advertise.

I was told about Positano restaurant some time ago by my friends. I finally went Wednesday night and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. My friends told me I would love it. We are used to smaller more intimate restaurants and that is exactly what we found. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the food was fantastic. Our server told us that the family that owns the restaurant is actually from Naples Italy. In fact, there is an older (60+ years old) lady actually cooking in the kitchen! If you're tired of going to these box chains like I am this is the solution.
