I took my Fossil watch in to have the battery replaced, the employee that worked on the watch shorted the movement. It cost me $79 to have it repaired elsewhere and Batteries Plus denied any responsibility for the damage. I've yet to have the owner call me after asking that he do so. This place is bad news, stay away.

Went today to see about getting a battery pack rebuilt. Tech seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. He opened the pack and said it was no good and he wasn't willing to rebuild it. I took it home and cleaned the connections and I couldn't believe it worked like new! I would have gladly paid what other stores charge to rebuild these batteries which ranges from 60 to 90 dollars. I guess I should thank him for saving me the money!

What a bunch of no good crooks they sold me a battery for my camera for 20.00 dlrs.I found the same thing on ebay for 5.00 bucks.Check radio shack or ebay before you buy anything from these idiots.
