Provided by YP.comThis gentleman promised to start a job 3 months in advance, only to cancel 5 days before he was suppose to start. He promised that he would start and finish the job based on his time frame. He knew that the project would have to be started and finished no latter the 29th of April. His use of derogatory foul language in reference to the customer, after she voiced her disapproval of the late canceling, was appalling. I found him to be very unprofessional, untruthful and acted like he did us a favor by finding a "replacement" floor re finisher. He is not a man of his word.
