Years after they pulled a tooth, I am having pain. Even after extensive (AND inconclusive) x-rays of my entire jaw, followed by an extraction, the pain is still there. I reported this to them several times after the procedure, and they basically just shrug at me. I will never know if I really needed that tooth pulled or not.

The only thing they seem to obsess over is their cancellation rule. I am reprimanded EVERY time I call about the 3 appointments I rescheduled years ago. Why? I have always called a full 4 days in advance to RESCHEDULE. I've been going to BS Dental with my family for years; not once have I been a "no show". Yet, they stay on my case about it. What is the point of constantly harassing me about something I never even did? Seems unnecessary and sucks to deal with if you already have dental anxiety.
They also cost more. I found that they are not the cheapest in the area, or even the most qualified...

Turns out they left some tooth in the jaw. Lots of tooth. And it all needs to be extracted surgically, and will cost hundreds more.

Being "treated" by Baystate dental was one of the worst dental decisions I have ever made.
