Our suppliers are doing there best and Im exhausting every avenue I can to still get parts in a timely manner. It is taking sometimes 3-6 weeks longer to get some items and this slows down repairs. I do apologize if you have had to wait on getting your equipment in a timely manner. If we can make it work we will make it work but old parts are worn and they are what has caused your equipment's issues to begin with. In order for us to meet Governor Holcombs latest executive order, 20-08, for Social Distancing Requirements, Mr. Steves Lawn and Power will in act the following: 1. Since our facility is so small it is very difficult to keep the minimum distance of 6 feet from others. 2. We ask that there only be one person at a time in our front area. 3. No separate hours as we consider everyone a vulnerable population. 4. If your equipment is running and works keep the oil at the correct level, use Sta-bil 360 Protection in all your gas or use the pre-mixed gas and oil for your mixed gas.
