This is "fast food," kept hot in trays. Many things don't suffer from this, but some do. Egg rolls, for example, don't remain as crisp. At the desserts, cream puffs were soggy. Only salt, pepper and soy sauce on tables, but if you're willing to get up and walk around you can find hot chili sauce, packets of mustard and duck sauce, etc. Quite a large selection at the Buffet, and rather good for this style of restaurant, although the $8.95 for the Buffet seems a tad pricey. I've enjoyed meals at other buffet-style establishments for less.

In my opinion the China Buffet is the best place to eat in Greeneville. They have some of the best food I have ever eaten. I love them :) I go at least once a week.

Not enough good food and very few varity. Got plenty of room to put another bar to have more varity.
