My heat pump went out overnight and during a run of very cold nights. I read up on common reasons for my HVAC to stop running and spent most of the day troubleshooting the system with no luck. I researched HVAC companies on-line and discovered Bailey Heat and Air. They have a 100% rating from the "BBB" with no record of complaints from customers in the last 3 years (which is how far back the BBB tracks them). To my surprise, Chase Bailey (the owner's son) and his partner Cliff showed up late in the day. They were very courteous and professional and within minutes, had my HVAC unit running again. You hear nightmare stories about ultra expensive repair bills and it would have been easy for them to say I needed a new compressor or other "stuff", but my repair bill was less than $70.00 which included the service call. I have their phone # in my speed dial under HVAC repair and won't call anyone else.

Never in my life have i ever had someone be so blatantly rude to me. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy... Very unprofessional to treat people this way.

Owner & his wife are very friendly people.Employees are great and do their work in an efficient way.Have used them several times for heat pump work at my job. They even came and moved the heat pump when we did work on the roof.Would recommend them to anyone for fair & quick service and for reasonable prices.
