As someone who has been in retail management for 14+ years I would just like to say that NO customer should ever have to "seek out help". There should at the VERY LEAST be a greeting from an associate. Customers are the ones who pay their paychecks and keep these corporations in business!! Without CUSTOMERS they would not have jobs. This seems to be the problem unfortunately in a lot of BIG BOX businesses though.

Yep this store still sucks. I guess I can't spell ghetto because I'm not ghetto, lol. I've given this store a try a few times and trust me when I say go to the Franklin store on 27th street.

This Wal-mart is one of the best I have come across amongst them all. Perhaps deeanna914 did not seek out the customer service she needed, or she didn't appear in need.

All the cashiers do is stand around and talk and can't find one cashier that don't snap their gum. And I don't think they could move any slower. I will drive to the Franklin store from now on.
