Called two weeks in advance to arrange a complicated installation they said they could handle. Installers never showed up due to lack of equipment, despite calling me to confim at 8am. My wife stayed home all day. By the time I got ahold of them, they essentially said it wasn't worth their time to make good on their promise to install because it was too late in the day. First impressions are important; I cancelled with them. My advice is to find another installer.
