Poor Business Pratice

Had them come over about a week ago. To check out my ac. Gave me an price. Told him I would get back to him, which I did next day.. Sent two or three texts and no response. Just finally got an answer and said he could not do it. What poor business practices, how could you trust him to do any thing.. Feel like he just wanted to put in a whole new system. Piss poor business
