They deserve a ZERO on stars! My husband and I took 14 rings in as a loan, I have ALL of my receipts from the day I put them in and from every single payment we made on them. I paid off 4 of them and got them back, which left 10 rings still to pay off. We had also took 2 rings in and sold them TO the pawn store. They ended up redoing our receipts at some point to say we sold my 10, very valuable and extremely sentimental (!!!!!) rings and the 2 rings we WANTED sold as the loans! ALL THIS TIME we thought we were making payments to get my 10 rings out, when it's been going toward 2 rings we didn't even WANT back! We called to see what happened, where my rings were, etc.... The lady on the phone was extremely rude, didn't so much as offer an apology, let alone offer to make it right.... She told me the rings had been melted down or sold and there is nothing they can do about it! I have my receipts stating they were for LOAN, and they changed it in their computer as a PAWN!!!!!!! My rings mean more to me than they can ever know or imagine, they were my sister's rings and she passed away a few years ago.... This company, the owner and the employees are ALL disrespectful and inconsiderate toward their customers and I am absolutely heart broken over the loss of my rings and how they, more or less, STOLE from me and won't even make it right! Not that those rings can be replaced, BUT they could have tried to do SOMETHING to make up for THEIR mess up! This place needs to be closed down!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THEN BEND YOU OVER ON TOP OF RIPPING YOU OFF IN THE FIRST PLACE! Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!
