Worst place to get insurance. The prople that work there do not wnat to help and or care. Been a customer for 14 years claim free. Drove over a rock on the the Hyw and needed help getting the car repaired. Since I have a Mercedes not all repair shops work in these I was told by Leddy she had a customer come in in 30 min and had no time for me. i was also told Skip would call me back well that was 2 weeks ago, still waiting for that call. So if yiu want insurance with an agent that helps when needed dont get Insurance here. BTW I am no longer with State Farm. I guess it easier to get new customers then it is the treat the customers you have good and keep them.
