Bait & switch and unethical practices. My AC went out a week ago. It went off and on several times before finally staying off. I stopped in yesterday afternoon and explained in as much detail as possible the occurrences which had happened. I was told they could do a diagnostic on the AC for $20 to determine what’s wrong with it. The guy at the front counter even speculated what the issue likely was. I made an appointment for today, AGAIN explained in detail the issues which had occurred and left the vehicle with them as I went for a bike ride. 30 minutes later I get a call. WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT THE VEHICLE!!! I’m told that they need to do 2 different diagnostic inspections of the blower and the condenser…AND THEY WANT $89 FOR EACH! Money is not the issue, it has to do with the principle of ethical practices. Don’t promise a price for a service, and then WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING, change your service offer which clearly demonstrates purposeful effort to take advantage of someone.

They were amazing! I dropped my car off in the morning and they called me when it was finished. Very professional and friendly

Indy appt was fir 1:00 pm did not get done until 2:40 pm but the work sine was great. Need to watch time. Friendly people.
