Both our computers were heavily compromised and were brought back to life by John's expertise in an extremely timely fashion.
We will never have anyone look over our shoulder but JOHN.

This facility is First Rate (5 stars). John completely scanned and removed all the viruses and malware that were causing my HP Pavilion dv7 Laptop to run slowly and crash twice in just one week. I was lucky to do a windows recovery to get it running, but it still was going slow and John cleaned it up. Great service and very reasonable. RPS

Love Love Love BITS-John checked our computer, fixed it, set back up for it and did all this in 2 days. When I picked it up he said sorry I did not get it back to you sooner WOW !sooner than 2 days, even Best Buy can't top John and his staff. Check them out for your self, I think you will agree that BITS is simply the Best!

BITS Computer is the best computer repair and sales business in my area. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful to his customers as well as me. I checked around and other computer repair in the area said it'd take a 3 days or longer and BITS was able to get me in and had my computer fixed by the next day. His hourly rate is very reasonable and he drops the diagnostic fee if I had him do the repair. He also warrenties his work and stands by anything he does for your computer. BITS also has no problems in answering questions about computer issues at no charge. BITS is a very courtious and friendly business and even will suggest an alternative means to resolve ones computer problems to the point of even suggesting getting a new computer and not once did he suggest buying one from him. I would highly recommend BITS Computer for ALL your computer needs as they're honest, fast and very friendly treating you like family.
