Early this afternoon, we were passing this little town in Wyoming, when we spotted Adams worn out sign. We said what the heck and called. Talked to a fellow named Robert who said since you are so close, come on in. We explained that we were having trouble with our Dometic refer in this new to us camper. We have had trouble for 4000 miles and been to two Camping worlds and 4 other RV Service places with no satisfaction.
As soon as we pulled in, three technicians started working on us. Robert, Steve, and Randy, were efficient and competent, and solved our multi-faceted problems in short order. They had the parts needed in stock, and were extremely helpful. We paid them a small fraction of the cost we spent on the poor service we had before.
I waited until I proved the refer was working so tonight I am writing this review as one happy camper with a refer that works on AC, DC and propane.
