S&S towing damaged my car by connecting onto a tie rod during towing. Then the owner wanted to fix my tie rod (even though nobody in Green River had the parts) and get my alignment "real close" himself, rather than towing my car to a shop that has the equipment to do alignments. The next day he finally had a driver tow my car to Price for repairs. Total damages to my car - which the driver and owner admitted to causing - were several hundred dollars. Then the owner refused to give me his insurance info. The drivers were professional, except for making a big mistake about where they connected the tow hooks; the owner (Mike) was totally unprofessional and unwilling to remedy the mistake his driver made. I suggest avoiding this company at all costs. If you must use them (it's a small town), make sure you check the towing connections and ask for the driver's UDOT certification before they move your car.

Very deceitful! This garage towed our car after it broke down in Utah. We live in Iowa (we had lent it to someone). I contacted the garage owner, Mike, who told me the engine is shot and we concluded it couldn't be fixed. We talked several times about what to do with it -- salvage, sell, etc. I proceeded to sell the car for $200, as soon as possible, and arrange to have it picked up. At this point I found out that the insurance co had not yet paid the towing fee, so I phoned to pay it immediately and get reimbursed by the insurance co (so the garage wouldn't have to wait for their payment). They informed me for the first time at this point that I owe them $40 per day for storage, which will amount to almost $300 on top of the $180 for towing. I had NO idea they were charging me storage, and they had plenty of opportunity to tell me this from the get go. NOT to be trusted.
