TERRIBLE!

It is because of this man I have not been able to trust or see a dentist since I was 14 years old! I didn't have a high tolerance for pain back then and because of a few moans this so called doctor yelled at me to get out of his chair and never come back again. As I read other recent reviews I see he has not changed his arrogant rude behavior. PLEASE DON'T GO TO HIS OFFICE YOURSELF OR TAKE YOUR CHILD!!! It's just now I am trying to get over my fears because I need work done! He ruined my life which ruined my teeth over time! Don't let it happen to you! !

Awful!!!! 0 customer service, ...

Awful!!!! 0 customer service, 0 to the Doctor (if you can call him that). I had the bad experience to go there twice . I highly regret trusting my kids dental health to that man.The receptionist never greets the patients. The first time I had an afternoon appointment so I assumed the lack of manners to a bad day at the office. The Doctor came in, never acknowledge my presence or explained the treatments at all. The second time (First apptmnt of the day) the receptionist flip the closed to open sign on my face without even opening the door or greeting the people waiting outside. The man came in asked my one of my kids to open his mouth worked on his teeth without the most simple courtesy to children, finished and let him off the chair while I was busy with my other son. Thank goodness the place has 0 privacy (no walls) so I was able to catch my child wondering around the office. Some of the staff is pretty friendly but the office smells like mold and they are always missing the right tools (couldn't even find a pen for me to sign a paper) and when I had the chance to make a little conversation with one technicians, I asked him how long he was working in dentistry , he's reply out loud was: I HATE IT!!! the only reason I do it it's because the doctor is my grandfather!!!. I would recommend people not to go there and for the dentist association of FLORIDA to review this man's code of conduct or back ground because he simply put his colleagues at shame by calling himself a DENTIST

100% HORRIBLE

Set 9 am appt- arrived on time- 2nd person at door- got in 930- got xrays and waited- and waited in chair till 11 am- i came in for a check up and told them one tooth was starting bothering me- dentist spent 5 sec looking at one tooth- was not interested or willing to tell me condition of anyother teeth- did i have no cavities or 10??? I was a new patient- dentist was rude, abrupt- could not even find a miror to check teeth- room is set up like a barber shop - 4 chairs all in the open- i was watching a brige reseting, tooth extracting ect - no privacy- he junps from one person to the next like he has A.d.d . I ended up walking out . Staff was very nice- would not trust this dentist to give my dog a bath. he stated the one tooth needed a rootcanal or pull on next visit- then clean teeth then he would go over rest of teeth--dont u normally know when u get xrays what work u need- fit teeth then clean not the other way around-- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
