Bill was so efficent that he even took the time to walk my husband & I through the purchase of our new heater OVER THE PHONE while we were in the store, before he even made it to our house. While at the house he walked us through & explained ALL of the problems to the one we had & why. They were even able to give us full service the same day we called. Their price was extremely

reasonable. Bill was friendly & professional. I don't believe we could have asked for any better. We HIGHLY recomend their service & will suggest them to all of our friends.
