Have been a customer of this bank since 1978. They have always treated me well. Others always told me about night meres from Wells Fargo. My 1st was 01/17/18. Got a email stating I overdrawn my acct by $735! Their mistake was all bill pays I had made they did twice. But I transferred all in my savings, have another acct at Credit Union that I transferred, then realize will take over a day to hit, so deposit $800 Thur morning. Called and complained. Said I would close out all accounts. That I was done with this bank with all the mistakes they make. They called GB police dept and said I was suicidal!! Last I talked to Wells Fargo on the phone or email was 9 am, but cops come at 7 pm! Showed the police all emails that I sent, and acct balances I am closing. My 401K is well over 1 million. Police read all emails, said they are the ones committing suicide NOT you, shook my hand and left. Capital Credit Union was happy to offer me a Safety deposit box, so have switched them out and saving over $20/yr in just that move! Will be making 3.11% interest on my checking (up to $25K) and .25% on savings! Wells Fargo only .0015%. Glad Wells Fargo finally included me in there mistake(s) which woke me up! Never heard of a bank calling the cops saying your suicidal because you told them your closing ALL your accounts! Everyone needs to Bank elsewhere! Sooner or later, you will be their next target! Thank me now, why wait?
One more thing, Wells Fargo never once to this day said "they are sorry" for the mistake they committed and costed me a lot of time and stress!
