Love the how clean the cars are and being able to test drive them. Friendly and easy to talk to about what you likes and dislikes and willingness to listen. Good experience

It was easy to figure out what cars would fit my price range and the process of actually applying and getting the car was easy.

Vehicle was a good deal and Geoff was fair and honest. We literally test drove the car after being other car lots and this was a good clean nice running car and we finalized it in same day. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Stopped by Village Auto to purchase a car and they had a 2007 Subaru Legacy on the lot. Test drove the car and it was perfect and it ran without any flaws. I was really impressed on the asking price for the vehicle. Especially due the mileage of the car for it being an 11 year old vehicle. The condition of the car was impressive for it being just over 10 years old and it ran extremely well for it’s age. Couldn’t ask for a better deal on a vehicle or for any of the vehicles on their lot. I have test drove others on the lot and they were all outstanding. Big shout out to Geoff Sonntag, not sure of his job title but he helped us out the entire time and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for all of your help and being awesome!

This is the first time im got very quickly service to help me buy the car. Brenda is very nice and friendly. She gave me a good APR rate. i got the used car Acura 2013 with 72000 mile with only $17000. The car is very good, perfect condition. I would recommend people to choose Village auto and let Brenda help .

This is the third vehicle I have bought from Geoff in 18 months. We owned a taxi service for many years so we have bought MANY vehicles. Of all the dealerships we have gone to this was the least amount of pressure and most helpful. If we thought we liked a vehicle and told Geoff what we needed it for if he did not agree he would explain why not. We trust them so much we don't even test drive our vehicles because we know they are up front with what it might need or what they have done to it .They will continue to be my first stop for new wheels!

I was looking for a Honda Ridgeline. Generally I would go to Dealerships and see what was available. Browsing the internet, I found a very nice, late model, low mileage vehicle that matched my needs at Village Auto in Green Bay. I was nervous when I arrived, However, I was warmly greeted by Geoff S. After taking the vehicle for a short ride, I was convinced this is what I was looking for. Geoff made an offer on my vehicle that was within $200 of my expectations and we closed the entire deal in less than an hour !! I have never had such an awesome auto shopping experience as this. Being a first time car buyer can be scary and overwhelming, but Geoff and Brenda at Village Auto made it one of the smoothest and easiest experiences ever. I purchased a 2010 Kia Soul from them and couldn’t be happier. It’s practically brand new, runs beautifully and looks great. The entire process, from the initial test drive to the actual purchase was a very pleasant and exciting experience. Been looking for a chevy suburban for a year, walked away from many. Finally. I visited village auto. There it was. A buetiful maroon LTZ 2009 chevy suburban, Buetiful, rides very nice, very well taken care of. They pick class. Thank you Geoff.

Being educated in this type of industry I appreciated Geoff's genuine character. He was professional negotiated well-, gave the personal service fixing the license plate light bulb in the rain, then setting up the many features on the VW Tiguan specific to me now that is service! He gave his word and followed through with it -which now days does not happen so thank you! I am impressed with the quality of vehicles that Village Auto takes in- if you are seeking a newer vehicle see Geoff he will listen and find the vehicle best for you.

This place amazing service and everyone is totally helpful, the prices are great and seem to always be the cheapest in town. All the cars seem to be in perfect shape and are very clean, id always buy a car from here.

I am very satisfied with the help I received from Geoff and John! I went to the lot with a specific vehicle in mind, and they helped me take my "blinders" off and get something that was a much better fit for me- and ended up saving me money!! They were very helpful and got me into my vehicle much sooner than I thought! I am very grateful for everything they did to get me into a 'new to me' vehicle in a short amount of time!

I bought a 2002 F150 here in April and I have no complaints. Price was excellent and so was the service. Their website was very helpful before I went to the store. The only place I found that has a decent selection of trucks below ten grand, and everything on the site has pictures and videos.

I am a single mom of 3 in dire need of a better vehicle with bad credit, which I have been working on improving. Upon looking to upgrade to a newer and bigger vehicle for my family, I had other dealers denying my applications for cars I was interested in. I had a down payment ready. I was interested in a Honda Pilot and a Ford Explorer from the Village Auto lot on Velp Ave. and was able to test drive both the vehicles. Even though it was a busy day, Geoff and his sales team were very friendly and have us no pressure. Unfortunately, the Honda Pilot was purchased by someone else, even though I put in an application for that vehicle, I was still interested in the Ford Explorer, so they transferred my application over immediately. I was surprised to have been approved to finance whatever I wasn't able to pay for after my down payment, considering how poor my credit is. It was also my first time buying a car from a dealer and I'd have to say it was a very easy, fast, and pleasant experience. Their finance manager, Chris, went through all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything, which I did, and answered any questions I had. He even helped lower my interest rate so that I felt more comfortable making a monthly payment that included a limited warranty package. I am so grateful and extremely happy to have gone to them for a second chance at rebuilding my credit and purchasing a much needed vehicle!! The only thing I noticed after purchasing the Ford Explorer was that the truck pulled slightly to the right. I made a call to Geoff and addressed the minor issue with him, which he advised me to check my tire pressures, make sure they were all the same, and if the truck was still pulling to the right then give him a call and they would take a look at it as soon as possible. Overall, I am thrilled to have a new vehicle that drives like a dream and I would go to them again for another vehicle in the future!!

Bought a car from Bob at the Velp Ave location. The car starts up perfect and runs absolutely terrific, just like he stated in the wonderful video!

I had a great experience when purchasing my Mazda6 at Village Auto on Velp Ave. They were very friendly when I first came by and told them I was looking for a Mazda, and I had 2 weeks to find it as I was moving out of state. They called me 2 days later about a Mazda6 they just acquired, and it was just what I was looking for! I was happy with the price and they were very helpful with the financing. I've had the car for almost 5 years now and I've only had to replace the fuel pump. It runs great, and I still love it. I would buy from them again!
