Hands down, best shoe store in town and beyond. They have the largest selection of high quality shoes. Many well made brands are only seen in larger cities, and they have so many styles of each. The staff has always been very nice, helpful & knowledgable.

I've been buying shoes from this store for years and I dont mind paying a lot for the products they sell. However, I bought a pair of shoes here 3 days ago and the shoe bed is too small for my foot, causing my small toe to swell along with great pain. On the receipt it notes that they take returns, however that is not true. When I went to return them the store clerk was consending, rude and had no intention to accepting my return from the start. She stating that there was nothing wrong with the product it's my feet, (not nice) I asked for in-store credit and she refused to do that for me as well. I was very disappointed in the response I recived along with her attitude towards me a loyal customer for years. This situation bothers me because I consciously choose to shop at small stores rather than the large chains for obvious reasons, but if I receive this type of service I will have no choice but to shop else where. This situation left me in tears as I walked out of the store. I will not return and unfortunately will share my experience with the women I work with who need good shoes.
