Called them multiple times to come look at my garage door which had a problems opening and closing. After 3 attempts I gave up. The 3rd time the person on the phone even tried to get off the phone with me saying, "let me call the employee who was at your house." I followed up saying, "nobody was at my house, I'd know it if they were." He then said, "let me call this guy and I'll get back to you." Never received a call back.. is this even a legit business? Their address listed is questionable too.
