We took our very sick Brother printer into Office Max on South Oneida Street in Green Bay this morning. We were very lucky to have Ian Snyder, office equipment technician, look at the ailing printer. He knew exactly how to fix it, all within ten minutes. Even though it is seven years old, it now works like new. Yes, it probably is at the end of its’ lifespan, but Ian also took the time to
answer our questions about what options are available when the printer needs to be recycled. My husband and I know that we will be going back to Office Max for our new printer and supplies at that time. This was all done, gratis! Where else but Office Max would do that? THANK YOU IAN!!
