I was in to this Hair Salon and thought my first experience went well! By the time I had a few more visits in,unfortunately I am very very disappointed with the worker I dealt with. She was NOT willing to make an effort to take care of my issue after having my services done with her. I tried to voice my concern after I paid for my services, and she did not make the attempt to listen and refused to talk to me. When I reached out to a manager /owner, they did not respond!
All they seem to care about is that they get their money and refuse to make any situation right! I have definitely starting talking to others about my experiences with this place.I will NEVER go back to this place again!!
It is too bad even the owners who are local won't even listen, that goes to show that customer service is not their #1 priority! I'd be wary of this company.

Love coming here for hair cuts and color.

Awful service, cut, and color. I was called three times after making my appointment because they kept losing my info in their computer. I ended up with orangy-white hair when I asked for golden blonde and my cut was crazy crooked. I had to make an emergency appointment with another salon to undo the damage. I also received rude comments while their products got shoved down my throat.

I've been going to Newstyle salon for a while now and I'm always very happy with anything I get done. The salon has a very home like atmosphere and the staff are very friendly.

This place is so welcoming and makes me feel at home! I usually go there for my manicure/pedicures and had Angela in the past and she is just a sweatheart and did an awesome job!! If you go there,ask for her!!
