I went to the Niagara Wi office and was treated by Dr. Vijay Parmar. The entire office staff helped me cope with extreme anxiety, they worked as team to help me calm down. The care before and after the procedure was wonderful but the surgeon, Dr. Parmar, was exceptional. He was friendly and listened to all my concerns. I received sedation (pain free, he used a coolant to numb skin so I would not feel IV insertion). There was absolutely nothing unpleasant! He did 2 tooth extractions in less than 30 minutes and I brought home the 2 removed teeth in a wonderful little orange box. I left free of pain . Dr. Parmar's assistant was a joy! The after procedure discomfort was very minimal and I am healing rapidly. The Green Bay office answered my pre-appointment calls with concern and skillful responses. All top quality staff, it was actually a great experience. Highly recommend.

Oh my lord, I can not tell you how much confidence I have with my oral surgeon - Dr. Parmer.... he explained and demonstrated everything thoroughly, was available for any questions and concerns both before and after, and up to date on all of the current procedures.... he even remembered some background info after not seeing me for a year (until the orthodontics had done their job). My surgery went much better than expected (about 1 1/2 hrs shorter - but he said I had "great bones"), especially being over 50 years old... my recovery was less than they anticipated, all in all, it was amazing surgery and recovery.The staff went above and beyond expected - especially in answering all of my questions/concerns.... even though I had to reschedule twice (sinus infection and taking baby aspirin - who would've thunk), they were extremely diligent and friendly all the way through. Kudos to Bay Oral for the exemplary work.
