So far that I have brought from them its been ok let us all remember its a salvage place.

I placed an order by phone. I was told pretty curtly that I'd have to be called back after the part was pulled. I got the callback, returned the call, and told the gentleman who answered that I was calling to complete my order. "What do you mean by 'order'?" he asked me. I said, "Uh, I would like to pay for it and have it sent to me." He said, "Well, where do you live?" I told me. He said, "Hang on a second." He came back after a while and took my card number without giving me a total.



The two stars are assuming that I get the parts OK. I realize it's a salvage company, but, come on -- don't let people answer the phone who have no idea how to speak to other human beings.

Bought a part from Joe here, and let us know if the part was not right, bring it back, and he will give us 70% back. We live an hour away, and of course, it was not the right part. We brought it back to Joe and he said he will not refund any money. He remembered us, as my husband's work company goes through arrow for customers, and each time its a disappointment.
