Amerhart is a building supply wholesaler and distributor, providing products and services throughout the Midwest. It serves all Wisconsin and Upper Michigan and parts of Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Missouri. Amerhart started in 1940 as an insulation and masonite distributor. To broaden its product base, Amerhart acquired HARTman Wholesale and AMERican Millwork and Supply in 1963. Amerhart expanded its operations in 1985 with the acquisition of Lumberman's Service of Madison and La Crosse. Amehart services include floor plan design, engineering for engineered wood products and customer training sessions. Its headquarters are in Green Bay, Wis.
