The worst business ever! payed for 3 years for a car. 10000 was the price now i have payed for 30000 almost 3 new cars, complete bs.
Jackie the manger is super rude and called me names ever time...

BUYER BEWARE

The service you get from these so called church going people is beyond unbelievable they are rude and try to belittle you I was sick and got behind 2 payments but was able to catch myself back up then my husband gets a call saying we are behind 2 payments again which there was no way so I call the lady back and right away she is acting rude saying I didn't make those payments and she would not let me speak so I had pretty much told her to shut up for a minute to let her know what I had to say and she said no and hung up on me don't do business with these people if at all possible

I had the similar type of situation. I went through 5 cars by the time I sent my car back. They had also told my co-owner that he wasn't going to be a co-buyer which are two different things and in the end treated him as the co-buyer. Well if he is the co-buyer then why did he not get a notice about anything with the vehicle. Why was every vehicle including the loaners were defective.Ripoff company taking advantage of low income families when they should be helping. They damaged my report so bad that it's taken me for ever to repair my good name of credit. If you had a situation like this contact FTC, BBB, State Attorney General or even the Dealer Board

These people sell over priced vehicles that should be considered lemons, I bought here and 15 miles down the road the check engine light came on, they insisted the mechanic forgot to reset it after he fixed something, brought it back, they took the light off and it just kept coming on everytime I took it back there to "fix", so the POS they sold me kept overheating finally complained enough for the "lead" mechanic to tell me "just keep putting antifreeze in it" and I'm a girl even I knew that was ridiculous, so I did, since you are not supposed to go anywhere to fix it, or you void the warranty, so that cost me an extra $60/month in the summer on top of my $320 payment, because it needs the better antifreeze not the cheap $2 one, anyways, finally had s real mechanic tell me one of the head gaskets was blown, nowonder they didn't want yo fix it, or have anyone else look at it, front windshield was cracked all along the bottom couldn't see it till it spread up, car was soaked when I got it apparently they just spray it with a pressure washer on the inside.....place is a joke, they give people chances because they sell lemons, sister in law had same issue with her car dying wherever whenever, everytime I go make a payment someoneis complaining about their defective vehicles they sell, please do not waste your money here, owned 4 vehicles, this is the worst place I've ever dealt with, big regret! Please don't waste your money here!!!!
