Wow, what great service from Todd the owner of Grizzly Garage Door Service. He showed up for same day service and had the part to repair my Raynor garage door opener. Friendly and more than reasonably priced. Todd spent time with me on the phone to help diagnose the problem, great service. Thank you, these guys are my new garage door repair company!-Chris

Todd is terrific. This is the second time that I needed him and both times he arrived as planned and fixed the problem in no time. I called him on a Sunday evening and he was here before noon on Monday. Everyone in our neighborhood uses Grizzly because he knows his business, he is very honest, and really appreciates his customers.

This is a top notch business. I called five other garage door companies before I finally called Grizzly Garage Door Service. None of them would allow me to pay them when I got paid. This day in age money is very tight and when an emergency happens you just flat do not have the money sometimes. Grizzly understands this and does top notch work too! I cannot recommend them highly enough!! Outstanding people!!

The experience was good already on the phone. Then the repair was well done, knowledgeable and fixing things for the long run. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone is right, they are not after your money, in fact they will do whatever it takes to save you money, very honest and that alone is hard to find these days! So glad I had them install all 4 of my large garage doors on my new shop!

I called for a repair and Todd promptly responded and had our door fixed within 2 hours! The tracks for the garage door disconnected from the wall somehow, and after he fixed that problem he noticed we had the wrong size arm on our door, so it wasn't getting a close seal on the ground-he changed it out for a longer arm. They were very friendly, reasonable, professional and definately went above and beyond what was needed to be fixed. I would definately reccoment their service in the future.

I was a customer before Todd began advertising with us. I am signing my name because if every business was like Grizzly, life would just be too easy. First Todd is honest. Second, he sincerely wants his customer's to be happy; not just satisfied. What Great Service!! Todd was awesome. We had a problem with the rollers falling out of the track. Todd came right over and found the problem immediately, repaired it, and it has been working great ever since. What an exceptional human being. Absolutely would recommend him to anyone.

Todd was amazing!! I called several places in town and all gave much higher estimates. He came out right away, was effiicient, and extremely nice!!! I would recommend him for any garage door needs.

Not only did he service our garage in optimal time but he did the job quickly and correctly. He went above and beyond in the work he did and his customer service was awesome. We were so pleased with his professionalism, we asked him about some other fixes in our home. The Grizzly Boys are finishing up on our front door now. I called him to schedule a Service Call, and instead, he gave me instructions on how to fix it. Very Professional and seemed more interested in saving me money than making it. Based on what I just received when calling him, I would use this company in a heartbeat.

This guy goes above and beyond! Not only did he do a great double installation two years ago for my mom at a great price, yesterday, when we didn't know why the doors weren't closing properly, he came out at no charge, realigned the sensors (we had bumped when we took out the trash), and even lubed the chains and gears for us. Really personal service by a very nice guy.

Owner answered the phone it was late on a Saturday night and did not expect service that evening. The next morning owner was there to fix my broken garage door spring. I would use this company anytime...... Great Service..... Great Price.........
