Melissa is the office manager and I called after not hearing from her for a week and she rudely told me she is too busy to call me and doesn't have time to deal with the issues I've had. She is so unprofessional, makes snarky remarks and is refusing to comply with ADA laws by not offering any accommodations. This is the face of your company.
