This place is incredible. Please understand that I am extremely picky about who works on my car - I have lived all around the states and my knowledge of mechanics is not limited to Great Falls. I even worked for a imports specialist mechanic for two years. So I know what the standard should be. Let me tell you, these people are above and beyond expectations. I voiced all my concerns to Mike who listened with patience and understanding. Their customer service is excellent. He had completed everything I requested in a very reasonable time and for a reasonable price. He didn't try to rip me off on expensive parts but offered a deal on a cheaper brand. This place was professional, caring, speedy, and thorough. They even washed my car before I picked it up. This mechanic will definitely be my go-to in the future.

I was referred to Carstar, by my friend, and was told they were Good. I took my car there and the rates were reasonable. They did a great job on my car. I then heard, from three more people, that they are good at what they do. This place has an excellent reputation in town and I would recommend this place to everyone.
