These guys are terrible!! Vet was rude. Literally walked out when she saw my family on the phone. Snapped at me. I was there to get help from pain in my 13 yr old Lab. I thought I would have to put him down. What I got was told my dog was fat and little help getting him relief. No one should have to feel the way I did when I brought my dog in. Who lectures a grieving "mom"? Rude isn't even the right word. They wouldn't even look at him until I signed a contract for money. All they care about is money.

We have 5 dogs and bring them all to Big Sky. They're friendly, pleasant and just take great care of everyone.

Dr. Scherr operated on my English Setter after she got beat up by another animal and he did an amazing job with her. We knew she was in the best hands with him.

My dog has diabetes and Big Sky is always so helpful. Even if they're closed they are always available to us to answer our questions and give our dog the best care possible.

I have to say this place is certainly the most caring medial center for your pet. The doctors and staff are professional and take their time to make sure your pet is well taken care of and is given proper attention.

I had a very unpleasant experiance, with this veterinarian office. I was over charged for them to tell me that my animal was going to die. I asked for a prescription from them and they refused. And then they proceeded to quote me another 500 dollars for blood tests, x-rays and cat scans. Is this where the compassion is in animal medicine? These vets are hacks and don't deserve any business from me ever again. Oh and my cat died after all.
