Just went there recently and everything was amazing! The service was fast and done extremely well. The Man at the front desk was extremely knowledgeable and charismatic. And all the mechanics were very kind.

Overall Experience: My visit to Mavis Discount Tire was a fantastic experience. The staff were professional, the service was efficient, and the prices were very affordable. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of tire services or auto maintenance.

If you are a female and you don't know much about cars or tires be prepared to loose a lot of money. They will convince you you need things you actually don't!

So disappointed with the whole experience! Don't agree to anything they say or better send someone that knows cars.

The worst experience ever! Total rip off! They will tell you one price and charge you twice as much!!! Theyveill try to concince yoi you need things you actually gont! Don't trust them!

Warning these guys will try to sell you parts and repairs your car does not need. This practice is becoming more common in the auto repair industry. These guys are over-the-top, just plain fraudulent.

My husband went to the Mavis Tire in Great Barrington to replace four tires. He was given one price before the tires were put on and then another after. One good tire that was supposed to have been returned was not. My husband had to return to the store to retrieve it. When he got home I noticed that the tires were low and not filled to recommended tire pressure. Then, My husband paid for an alignment that he was not told in advance that he needed. When he got home I told him I called Mavis to replace my tires and that I was offered a $20 rebate for the alignment. We both returned to the store and got a rebate and an apology. When I said I needed tires too Thomas quoted me for the job and said I should call 1 day ahead. I called on Thursday and spoke to Anthony to have them installed on Monday. I called Monday and Anthony said he did not know what happened, but the tires were not in. He should have followed up! Empoyees don't know how to deal with people. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
