Provided by YP.comIf you do not care about your pet and have money to waste, go there. I took my dog there to administer fluids for the weekend for my my vet and she came out worst than when she went in. To the point I had to put her down 3 days later. Buyer beware.

Provided by YP.comThis animal hospital is dangerous. They took my dog's stitches out with her lying on the dirty floor. They even laid the surgical scissors on the floor! Didn't put anything on the wound to sterilize it, either. The techs told Dr. Smith and he was very condescending, explaining that it didn't need to be kept clean because it wasn't infected. He said, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". WHAT?!?

Provided by YP.comI've used them for 2 years, but won't be going back. I had a very ill cat and have spent a lot of money with them trying to figure out the issue, only to get "I don't know. Here is some more antibiotics." I recently took another cat of mine there who was having respiratory issues. Again, she was just given an antibiotic AND the doctor chose to give her all her vaccinations without asking me. Boy was I surprised when I got to the front desk. I did not pay for them since he did them without consulting with me. A week later my cat is worse because he really didn't check her out, so off to another vet.

Provided by SuperpagesIt's hard enough to have to make the choice to put your animal down when faced with complications from cancer. The staff at Grayson Veterinary and Dr. Tolliver never made us feel uncomfortable with our difficult choices.

Provided by YP.comThis vet is amazing! My mother has always taken her animals here. I started using them myself with my Husky [ Aida ]. They have been nothing but wonderful. The staff is AMAZING this includes everyone assistants/vets/techs/groomer..everyone. I had an issue financialy when my dog needed surgery. They didn't charge me for board to keep her there [ which is expensive at any vet ], and discounted many other things to help me out. They charge less than anyone around, but the quality is top notch! If you love your animals you should use this vet.

Provided by YP.comI was looking for a vet to care for my two cats. I wanted to go to Grayon Vet because I live so close to it. The first time I called with a generic question, that was to lead to an appointment, they were rude on the phone. Giving them the benefit of the doubt of a "bad day", I gave them 2 more opportunites in person and made purchases. Each time I dealt with coldness and a general feeling that I was bothering them. I had enough the third time and drove to another Vet a few miles down the road. (no small feat since I had the cats with me) I was greeted and treated kindly, and the trip was worth it.

Provided by SuperpagesMy recently deceased 16 yr. old cocker spaniel had been going to Stacey for the past seven years for his grooming. She was excellent in handling his special needs as he was blind, deaf and arthritic in his last few years. She was very gentle and kind and always got him in and out quickly so he could get back home as soon as possible (at his age it was very stressful for him to be away from his home environment). He always came out perfectly groomed and looking beautiful when she was finished with him. My new little bichon poodle has already been to see Stacey and she did a remarkable job. It was his first groom and he came back with the cutest puppy cut. I can't say enough good things about Stacey and her excellent grooming skills!

Provided by SuperpagesOur family pet took a sudden turn and had to be put down in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend. We were referred to Grayson Veterinary Hospital 24 hour facility by our veterinarian. The two ladies on duty were very supportive, sympathetic, professional, gentle with our pet , and patient with my family as we made difficult decisions . Their calm and personal attention to detail made coping with an extremely sad and emotional situation a little easier. Hospitals for humans could learn a thing or two about emotional care giving from these two ladies. Thank you.
