I called Paul's Landscaping to make an appt. I never got a "live" person, but we communicated through voicemail. I told them I needed them to cut my lawn and trim my bushes at a property that I was not living in, but needed to maintain. I received a very nice voicemail msg back from the owner, Paul, saying if I would give them the address they would go out to the property, look it over and give me a call with an estimate. I called back and got their voicemail again and left a msg with the address and a little more detail on what I wanted done and it would only be for the next 4-6 weeks since the property is going back to the mortgage company as a "deed in lieu". Well, wouldn't you know it! I got a call back and actually spoke to a live person, a woman, in which she tells me they are too busy already for the season and aren't taking any more new clients! Oh Really??? You were more than happy to take on my business when you thought it would be a long term commitment!!! I wouldn't want to be associated with a company like yours who lies and misleads their customers. I wonder what other lies you've told your current customers! That's terrible and you should be ashamed of yourselves!

The professionalism shown by the staff of Paul's Landscaping is awesome! The work was preformed as discussed and was done in a timely manner. The results are a beautiful landscape and wonderful server. Would highly recommend them to everyone.
