As a tenant I can tell anyone looking for an apartment that this place is a mess. Garbage on the ground, they only plow the office building parking lot and don't know what road salt is for. They rent to anyone regardless of the credit check, which they charge you for but pay no heed to. Dog owners DO NOT pick up after their animals and there are wooden balconies here. Grilling on them is against the fire code and lease regulations but a select few manage to continue to grill endangering the lives of the other renters. Police presence is rare.
