I submitted a request for an in-home consultation. The next day Kelly called to make an appointment for me with Tara, the in-home consultant. Tara arrived right on time and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She walked me through all the options, fabrics, and colors until we had the proper blend to go into my space. It was a painless process for me as I found Tara very easy to work with and we closed a deal that day.

Patrick and Arnold showed up right on time to install the shades. They were both very professional and easy going guys. They came in and had all the shades installed on 9 windows in 45 minutes or so. We collectively went window to window to make sure everything was in order.

I am very happy with the sales/installation process and my shades look great!

Installed 17 blinds in our home, 13 for replacement windows recently installed and 4 for existing, poorly installed blinds on our living room windows (These were in the house when we bought it). Patrick came out and took all the measurements, listened to our wants and needs, made suggestions and provided a very reasonable estimate. He gave us a timeframe of when to expect installation. We received a call a few days earlier than estimated. We were told it would take a couple of hours to install. The installer arrived at our home early, and it took less time than estimated. The installation was done in a timely and professional manner. I am very pleased and based on our experience, I would certainly recommend Budget Blinds of Grayslake to our friends and family for any future projects

I've had poorly built blinds before and blinds that broke down after a few months of use, but the 2 inch wood blinds the Budget Blinds team installed are the smoothest operating 2 inch wood blind I have ever experienced. The no-hole blinds stop nearly all the light and the valances are beautiful. All of this AND a 5 year guarantee that if they ever stop working the will be replaced for free!

We had an excellent experience. Patrick was on time for the appointment and was very helpful in making recommendations on products, and did not try to sell us more than what we needed. The estimated lead time was right on target, and the installation went very smoothly. Kevin, the installer, was neat, polite and friendly. They even re-hung another valance for us at no charge.

I used Budget Blinds in Grayslake to install faux wood blinds for 12 windows and vertical blinds for the sliding glass door and they did a wonderful job. I called and made an appointment for a free consultation. Patrick arrived promptly and provided some samples and made some suggestions. He measured all my windows and provided a quote based on the blinds I selected. He didn't pressure me to order at that time and told me to just give them a call if I would like to place an order. I ended up placing an order that day since Patrick provided a reasonable quote. Kelly took my call and was very nice and told me I just needed to make a deposit so they can order the blinds. Although they said it takes 3 weeks to arrive they provided me with some temporary shades since it was a brand new home with nothing on the windows which we appreciated.



After 3 weeks I called and the blinds were in and installation was scheduled for Wed. The installer arrived on time and finished faster than the scheduled time allotted. He did an excellent job with the exception of something minor. The blinds look really nice and the color was perfect. I called Patrick to address the minor problem I had encountered and he personally came that same day and fixed the problem himself. I really appreciated that response. It's nice to finally have blinds and they are really nice ones. Thanks Budget Blinds!

Kevin arrived, installed blinds on two windows and also readjusted previous installed blinds which were removed by the painter. Did a very satisfactory job in little time. Very willing to accommodate and polite.

After several weeks of shopping, suggestions from decorators, and a visit from an interior decorator I was not happy with the money this venture was going to cost. As a final effort after I found an ad for Budget Blinds I called Budget Blinds of Grayslake. Patrick was prompt, very knowledgeable and confident in his work, company and his suggestions because of his years of experience. His price was well within the range of the big box stores and I had an actual person to deal with. Not a 1-800 number. That is big with me.

We ordered custom wood shutters for an interior installation. The delivery/Installation date was as promised. Our shutters were delivered, excellent quality, good color match. The Installation was done in a professional manor. Crew very respectful of home and cleaned up after installation process. Very happy with over all experience. This was the second time I have ordered custom products from this company and have been very pleased with the products ordered.

Patrick did an excellent job of measuring and explaining exactly how the shutters would fit into my windows. Previously, I had received a quote from another contractor who had failed to provide me with all of the necessary information. If I had purchased from the other contractor, I might have had problems with the shutters fading from the sun and possibly buckling after a couple of years. I found Patrick to be extremely knowledgeable and did not try to sell me but listened to what I wanted. The prices were definitely reasonable for the quality of the products that I received. I would certainly recommend him and his company to anyone who wants to get the job done right the first time.
