Dr Robbinson only vet I trust

Our dog got into trash and ate 36 chicken wings bones while we were at church. I took him to Emergency Vets and they exrayed him and kept him over night. They felt surgery was required. I called Jim Robbinson DVM who told me not to let them operate but bring him to his office. Dr. R gave me dog food for digestive problems. Within two days Cooper had gotten rid of all the bones in his stools and was fine. No surgery required. Dr. R's experiance with all kinds of pet problems has been phenomenal in the 20+ years we have been with him.

Will never go back.........

Our gentle maine coons are 12+ yr old male and female is 11. They have been bathed and groomed since very young because they are long haired. They went yesterday morning at 8:30. After getting my hair cut and running errands, I stopped by on my way home around 12:15, to check on them. They had not yet been groomed, so I knew to go back and talk to them and pet them. They were still in their carriers, on the floor, with a room full of large dogs. It is in our males records (he almost had a heart attack) that he not be put in this vulnerable situation. I picked up their carriers and placed them on a table. He is 21 lbs. and doesn't have much room to move in the carrier, so I opened the door to check on him. His neck was wet with urine. I was livid. He had never peed on anything in he house. He must have been desperate and then further humiliated to lie in the urine. It had been 4 hours. I asked the vet why was he left in carrier for 4 hours and she ignored me and left the room. A very long story short, the assistant said they would take care of him and my husband told me to leave them there instead of causing more trauma by taking them to a different groomer another day. At 5pm, I still hadn't heard from them, so we went there. The groomer was working on our male, and our female was now in a crate. I went back to check on our female, and she was crouched in the corner and hissed and growled. She has NEVER acted like this. Then I heard him yelling. It is now 6pm on 4/17/13. She never got groomed. I paid for him and left. I will NEVER go back and will apologize for any recommendations I made for this vet.

Dr. Sybers is the best!

For the last few years now Bill Sybers has been our vet and taken care of our two dogs and one cat. He is a kind and caring person and loves our animals and treats them with great respect. Before we found him we went to several vets but he is truly the best in our opinion. We never worry about how our pets will be treated with him.

Competent, Caring Veterinarians!

We have been taking our two dogs to Robinson Animal Hospital for over two years and have always been satisfied with the level of care. The staff is always accommodating, even when making lat-minute appointments. Last week, one of our dogs became ill and was seen by Dr. Broyles. We are more than grateful not only for the manner in which she cared for Koda, but for the knowledgeable, conservative manner in which she approached his illness. Dr. Broyles arrived at a diagnosis quickly, in spite of his vague symptoms. Koda was diagnosed with Addison's disease, and Dr. Boyles was very good about thoroughly explaining this chronic condition and what we need to do to help him live a normal, active life. Her amazing work ethic and caring nature make her an excellent veterinarian! Our entire family is happy that Koda is in her care! We would highly recommend Dr. Broyles, and Robinson Animal Hospital to all pet owners!
