The office people are very rude and that's an understatement. I was on hold from 10 oclock till one waiting to talk to someone. When I finally got through they said everyone was out to lunch and for us to call back in a hour. What kind of business is ran this way. They need to get new office help because the ones in the office now couldn't find a hole if they fell into it.

The people working in the office are very rude. We started calling at 10 o'clock and never got through till 1. And after finally talking to someone they told us the person we needed to talk to was gone to lunch. After asking to then talk to a supervisor they told me both where gone for the day.

This company has employees that are very rude and unprofessional! I wouldn't recomend them to anyone.
