Never had an issues until Dr. Teal got involved. This doctor is so over worked, he made me feel like a number instead of a patient. Dr. Sutton-Pado has been my primary for a couple years. Don't understand why Dr. Teal got involved. Blood work down 2 weeks ago, after numerous phone calls on my part, I still await the results! C'mon doctors, get it together please!

I am cynical and reserved about all health care providers and am very surprised by the other reviews here. My daughter and I have gone to this clinic for 2 years. Reception has always been busy but polite, kind and even friendly when they had time. We both see Lauren Alderice, a nurse practitioner who is very patient, informative and receptive. She listens well. Having come from a decade of private, very expensive health insurance, I find Miner's to be every bit as good in terms of professionalism and better at customer service. I am sad to read the reviews below, but certainly can see that this clinic might be one where the choice of doctor has a huge impact on the experience. I'd recommend Lauren Alderice to any adolescent or grown woman patient.

I will never step a foot in this "medical" facility again. The agency's Vision is "We will protect and promote the health and wellness...through patient-centered care." The stress, humiliation and financial ruin I was put through while seeking care is incomprehensible. This is my first time ever to submit a review of anything. My experience was unbelievable and negatively impacted my life for a long time to come.

My fiance called three days ago to have her prescription filled. They said it would be done in 42 hours. She called again today to make sure it had been done, three days later. Dr. Lundi hadn't done it yet. The best the receptionist could do was put a note on the doctors desk. Not good enough. When it comes to medication, you don't send in the prescription when you feel like it. The receptionist did as little as possible to help us, knowing my fiance was panicking. You do it before the patient needs it again. The receptionist on the phone, Barbara, was short with both of us when we asked if she could do anything more. Then she accused me, her fiance, of yelling at her. I didn't even raise my voice. All I did was ask if there was more she could do.

So, I guess that it's not sayi...

So, I guess that it's not saying too much when I say that this place is TERRIBLE. I suppose we all know how bad medical service is around here for us with not-so-great insurance, but don't go here. I would even say YubaDocs is better; atleast they're polite.
