Giving this 3 stars on service instead of 1 because of the awesome woman at the desk this morning who was able to find my package. Received an e-mail that delivery of my package was attempted but the business was closed for holiday. Ummm...... Not sure of a holiday but we are not a business and not only were we home but my husband was in the front yard most of the day! House is clearly marked on both sides of the street. No explanation and no apology. Something doesn't add up . Wouldn't leave this if this was the first time it happened but it's not. Hoping maybe someone will see this and look into improving this location. Again the woman that helped me this morning was wonderful and no complaint with her. She said she wasn't working yesterday and has no idea what happened,.
