For the past few months I had problems with my 2005 Propane furnace. I couldn't get it going although I replaced a few parts that I suspected to be the cause of the problem. It didn't work. I had 2 other HVAC companies look at the furnace for fees of $235 and $130+ - and they didn't know how to fix it or were just interested in making money by charging inspection fees. Finally I found All Phase Heating & Air and they were willing to send me one of their best technicians.I wrote the company a letter listing a description and photos of all the parts I replaced and suggested the technician bring some extra spare parts, just in case, to fix the furnace "Whatever It Takes"!
Dustin was 'my' technician. He was very friendly and professional. I watched him do his job and knew he was zooming in on the problem. It was a faulty pressure switch, which I had already replaced before but unknowingly it was bad out of the box. Dustin got his spare switch from the truck, and voila - the furnace sprang to life as if it was brand-new.I was impressed by how fast he did it. This was a great experience. After many disappointing HVAC encounters and $100's spent uselessly I found a company i could admire for their expertise and honesty.
