Provided by YPmobileRack Room Shoes in Grapevine the assistantis manager is very irresponsible. We had a shoe ship from Allen outlet to grapevine. It was a week and a half later (NO CALL) we came to the store and we asked him have the shoe came in yet he told us NO. So went back to look at shoes. SO there it was the shoe we need sitting on the shelf. He did not know that the shoe was shipped to him. His name was written on the box. COME ON! HOW or WHY didn't you know anything about the shoe being shipped. YOU ARE A ASSISTANT MANAGER! *NEVER GOING BACK THERE*
