Fantastic surgeon who does not rush. He listens and answers all questions. Very professional with confidence. Nice office.

Very disappointed as I've been a patient for several years due to having buried drusen. One day prior to my annual appointment, I was told I need a referral (although they asked to see me again and I've not had to have one in the past). I said okay and that I'd reschedule and get one, but I was then told I could not see Dr. Labor when I come in as he doesn't accept new patients. I'm not a new patient! But in their eyes I am since I have to have a referral. I had been someone happy with my treatment over the past five years, but there's nothing like being treated as someone they've never seen when trying to follow THEIR directions and schedule an appointment each year. Not a doctor problem, but a problem with front line. Too bad he'll likely never know and my condition will continue to deteriorate. Extremely frustrated.
