Group Dinners: Beware ! Napolis agreed to a date for our special family event. They then confirmed our group reservation by taking a $500 deposit. Later the manager abruptly cancelled our reservation when we tried to confirm details for a fixed menu. Group events must go thru one manager who is unresponsive. The restaurant only answers phone during busy times. The manager won't provide any other contact info, doesn't return calls, and very slow to respond via email. It saddens me, but she is very difficult to work with. Not sure how one would count on them for a group event.

Very slow, bad service. Food was not good. Us and two more tables were overcharged and we had to correct the waiter. How is that possible? Restaurant steeling?

Great food....I love the Napoli's Trio. Never had anything bad. Lisa is the owner and is always so sweet and friendly.
