THESE PEOPLE RUIN GARMENTS AND TAKE NO RESPOSIBILITY. THEY WILL NOT REPAIR THE DAMAGE THEY DO NOR WILL THEY ISSUE A REFUND. THEIR SHOP WREAKS OF GARLIC AND IT PERMEATES THE CLOTH - DISGUSTING. THEY ARE ALSO VERY RUDE AND DISMISS YOU WHEN THEY HAVE THEIR SAY. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG AT THIS PLACE.

I got a bridesmaid dress altered here and they did an excellent job for a reasonable price. It only took a week for it to be done. I was satisfied with their service and would recommend them to others.

Would never suggest doing business with Kim's Fashion Tailor. Rude customer service is not worth one's time or money when there are so many places to choose from in the local metroplex. Don't say I didn't warn you if similar treatment is received.
