My husband and I have been getting our clothes cleaned here for a couple of years without a problem. Until now. I dropped off one of my favorite dresses to have it cleaned so I could take it on a cruise. The dress came back damaged. I took it back to them and the lady at the front desk told me that the manager would call me. No one called me. Three weeks later, I went back to the store. The lady at the front desk tried to give me my damaged (re-cleaned) dress. When I pointed out the damage (again), she said they could give me $20 store credit. I said no. She told me the manager would call me by 5pm that day. A week has gone by, and there has been no call.

I took my $200 diaper bag in to be cleaned. It came out pretty good. However, they lost the strap. The manager was short and rude when I called about it. Saying he'd call me back, but didn't ask for my name and number and almost hung up on me when I was giving it to him. He never called. Then, when I went in and said he'd have to replace it ($15 strap) he said he thinks I lost it! I've never, not once, taken the strap off my diaper bag. Then told me he is going to see if his tailor can make me a strap and again didn't ask for my information until I asked how he was going to get a hold of me. He has 0 intentions of being helpful and I'm 9 months pregnant. Not to mention, I don't want a strap that doesn't match my bag. $15 is not a big deal but not being responsible is.

Last week the Grapevine Dry clean super center showed their true professionalism when they refused to be responsible for losing my jeans. The manager said to me that he was only human and he also makes mistakes when they did not return a pair of pants left for cleaning. After five years of patronage they continue to refuse to be responsible for them and they are only 50$ pants. Very disappointing.
