We have used Colleyvine for a number of years. However, when we identify a stain and stain source, the garment generally is returned with a note indicating the stain could not be removed.

Our complete cessation of business happened this past April. We brought a leather jacket for cleaning and were advised it would be back in a few days. We returned to be told that leather articles were not actually sent out and would be back the following week. When we returned again, were told that the cycle was now two weeks rather than one. Quite unhappy, we asked that our inconvenience be considered. We were advised the Manager was unlikely to make an adjustment and when we finally spoke with the manager, he responded as his staff predicted. Of course, the stain was still there and the leather is now brittle.

Evidently, this team does not value long-term customers, is uninterested in basic levels of customer service and unable to maintain fundamental business ethics.
