If I could give them 0 stars I would. I went to them because they claim to be a Christian company and I read some good reviews. When I dropped off my vehicle I was told they would look at it that day. Three business days later I called them because I had heard nothing. I was told that a mechanic would call me to fill me in. That did not happen. I called again two business days later. They STILL had not looked at my vehicle. It had now been in their care for five days. The following day I finally got a cost estimate (that I was told included labor) and told them to go ahead with it but I requested a discount because they had held my vehicle for so long and had been unprofessional in their communication practices. The next business day an owner called me and told me they would not give me a discount because they "are behind." They have not been able to fix my vehicle because they are behind and claimed to be rushing it now because I complained. They said that normally they wouldn't be able to even look at my vehicle for another 3 (!) business days. Then they proceeded to raise the price an additional $120 claiming that the labor was not included in the last quote (even though I specifically remember them saying it was). All in all, they need a solid 10 business days to complete a minor fix on a vehicle. Anyone from a working, middle class family can't afford that, but they have no remorse. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to have to pull teeth to get them to talk to you, wait for a week before they even look at your vehicle, and try to cheat you by jacking up the prices last minute. I know I will NEVER be going back!
