I have taken my son to 3 appointments with Debbie from September 2015 til today 12/22/15. I confirmed BEFORE taking my son that they were in network and was advised by Tammy(assistant) that there was no co pay. I just received a text appointment reminder for our December appointment and a "Reminder" that I owe $137. I questioned both Tammy and Debbie. I have yet to receive an apology. Neither have assumed any responsibility for not informing me my insurance WASN'T in fact covering the costs of these appointments.. but I also haven't received a bill or statement or any notification what so ever to advise me there were any charges for any of these appointments. This is very poor customer service and not professional at all. I wouldn't recommend Debbie Dixon Counseling to anyone.
